Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Senior Creative Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio showcasing visually stunning, immersive brand experiences, sophisticated branding, and innovative product ideas. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to lead projects independently while collaborating seamlessly with the team.

  • Conceptualise and Lead Projects: Develop and drive creative strategies for luxury brand experiential events, from initial concept through to final execution.
  • Brand Development: Create compelling brand narratives and design sophisticated branding for high-end food, beverage, beauty, and fashion brands.
  • Product Development: Innovate and develop unique physical products that align with luxury brand aesthetics and values.
  • Mind the Details: Ensure all details of production are executed perfectly, demonstrating responsibility and attention to detail within the agile team.
  • Project Management: Manage projects end-to-end, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clients, vendors, and team members to bring ideas to life, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of excellence.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and inspire creative strategies.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and creative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role within a creative agency, with a strong focus on luxury brands.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio filled with visually stunning projects, including immersive brand experiences, beautiful branding, and product development.

Skills:

  • Exceptional creative vision with the ability to translate concepts into compelling brand experiences.
  • Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools; proficiency in 3D software is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members, both temporary and permanent.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
