About the Role

The content writer will be responsible for crafting engaging website copy, blog articles, and marketing channel content for CurrentBody.

  • Write and proofread content for new product launches, blog articles, and marketing creative.
  • Coordinate copywriting requirements with freelance copywriting team.
  • Lead global website enrichments of all creative and written content, ensuring all content is on-brand and correct.
  • Plan homepage content updates with Head of Marketing.
  • Conduct regular global website walks to support content updates, enrichments, etc.
  • Develop content strategy around trending topics and products.
  • Work closely with our SEO team to improve SERPs for all site pages.
  • Upload and syndicate product reviews.
  • Regularly review performance metrics for site and blog and report to wider marketing team.
Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a content marketing role within an e-commerce environment.
  • Must have good attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter with strong time management skills.
  • Some knowledge of SEO optimization is desired.
  • Experience in Shopify or Shopify Plus is highly beneficial.
  • Understanding of how to analyze content KPIs (e.g., Bounce Rate, CVR, CTR).
  • Interest in beauty is a bonus.
