We are seeking a dedicated individual to support people with visual impairments in accessing technology, such as smartphones, tablets, and PCs. The successful candidate will provide training, advice, and mentoring to empower individuals to use assistive technologies with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with visual impairments in using technology, including making phone calls, messaging, and accessing the internet.
  • Provide training and guidance on accessibility tools and features.
  • Offer one-to-one support and mentoring to help individuals overcome technology-related challenges.

Requirements:

  • Interest in helping others and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Basic knowledge of technology and a willingness to learn more.
  • Ability to travel to city centre locations and use public transport or taxis as needed.
