Key Responsibilities

As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data and competitor prices to optimize profitability.

Key tasks include:

  1. Executing price changes to maximize profitability through our online booking platform.
  2. Comparing competitor prices to ensure we remain competitive.
  3. Responding to price match and general pricing queries, involving contract review and calculation.
  4. Analyzing customer patterns to support commercial decision-making.
  5. Identifying system errors, supporting user testing, and implementing projects as requested.
  6. Loading cost components into the system, requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
  7. Testing external data feeds into our company system.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience in pricing or revenue management, although not essential.
  2. Strong communication skills, with a good understanding of English language, both oral and written.
  3. Numerate skills, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  4. Good interpersonal skills and an outgoing, approachable personality.
  5. Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize effectively to achieve set objectives and targets.
  6. Flexible approach to teamwork, as well as self-starter ability to work independently.
  7. Strong team ethic, providing assistance when colleagues are absent.
  8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evening/weekend/bank holiday shifts, and support other areas of the business as needed.
Working Arrangements

The role is office-based, with flexibility to work from home one day per week, after successful completion of an agreed training period.

Hours are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
