Paediatric Imaging Specialist with Locum Consultant Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Division of Surgery – BHRUT NHS for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Rehabilitation Assistant. This role will provide a unique blend of administrative and clinical support to our Therapy Team at King George Hospital.
Main Responsibilities- Provide skilled routine and non-routine clinical and non-clinical support to the rehabilitation team, including Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.
- Accept patients allocated by the qualified therapist and treat according to protocols and guidelines, monitoring patient progression and making minor alterations to patient treatment programs as required.
- Work independently, with access to direct supervision as required, and maintain close communication with the qualified therapists to facilitate patient care.
- Participate in departmental induction and in-service training programs.
- Perform other duties deemed necessary by the relevant team lead in discussion with the post holder to ensure adequate provision of service.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check as part of the recruitment process.
