Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team at MAVREC LTD in Ascot. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

  • Vetting and registering new applicants
  • Organizing and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers with tenants and landlords
  • Providing feedback where necessary
  • Progressing lets with the assistance of the team
  • Helping the wider lettings team if needed

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Sales Negotiator looking to switch sides
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Own car necessary

Package:

  • Basic salary: £20,000 - £25,000
  • Overtime: £40,000 - £50,000+

Working Hours: Monday to Friday and Saturday rotations
