The Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Broadwick Soho. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Bartender in leading and supporting the team in the day-to-day operation, ensuring an excellent guest experience and flawless execution of cocktails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Bartender in leading and supporting the team
  • Ensure an excellent guest experience and flawless execution of cocktails
  • Work with the team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of cocktails and mixology
  • Ability to work under pressure and lift and carry boxes and crates as needed

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of bartending experience in a luxury establishment
  • Currently holding a similar position in a luxury 5-star environment or high-end stand-alone bar
  • Mixology training and excellent knowledge of cocktails
  • Great attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
