Used Car Sales Executive Opportunity

Renault Retail Group UK Ltd is seeking an experienced automotive sales professional to join our Used Car Sales Team.

Based at our dealership, you will be responsible for hosting customers for initial consultations, conducting test drives, guiding buyers through the sales process, resolving queries, and collecting payment from customers before releasing the vehicle.

Your duties will also include explaining warranty and service/maintenance arrangements, selling add-on products and finance packages, demonstrating car features to customers, and providing full, professional vehicle handovers.

We are looking for a sales professional with superb personal presentation, a dedication to providing customers with the best service, and a strong drive for success.

Recent vehicle sales experience with main dealers is preferred, but candidates with car supermarket experience will also be considered. All candidates must hold a full UK Driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host customers for initial consultations and show-and-tells at the dealership
  • Conduct test drives and guide buyers through the sales process
  • Resolve customer queries and collect payment before releasing the vehicle
  • Explain warranty and service/maintenance arrangements
  • Sell add-on products and finance packages
  • Demonstrate car features to customers
  • Provide full, professional vehicle handovers

Requirements:

  • Recent vehicle sales experience with main dealers or car supermarkets
  • Full UK Driver's licence
  • Superb personal presentation and a strong drive for success
  • Dedication to providing customers with the best service

Working Hours:

Alternating 4- and 6-day weeks.
