Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced UK VAT professional to join our team at Pro-Tax. As a VAT Director, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading Indirect Tax team with clear and achievable growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a group of clients to identify, advise, and deliver on VAT planning opportunities and queries.
  • Develop and implement VAT strategies to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of VAT professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in VAT legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Highly experienced UK VAT professional with strong client management skills.
  • Commercially aware and able to manage a group of clients to identify, advise, and deliver on VAT planning opportunities and queries.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to develop and grow a team of VAT professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
