We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Woodgrove Care Home in Lisburn. As a key member of our Kitchen Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and dining experiences for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with meal preparation, paying attention to special dietary requirements and ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, equipment, and appliances.
- Develop positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors, and seek feedback to continually improve our service.
- Receive, check, and safely store kitchen deliveries.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and preparation principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our residents and team.
