About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Greggs team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading and motivating a team of bakery staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the bakery floor and ensure a smooth operation when the Manager is not present.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
