About the Role

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential or commercial design/drawing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and preparing detailed drawings in 2D and 3D, using software such as Civil3D, AutoCAD, PDS, Microdrainage/Flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and prepare detailed drawings in 2D and 3D
  • Confidently use Micro Drainage or Causeway Flow to develop fully compliant drainage systems, including SuDS
  • Design and prepare highways, including vertical and horizontal alignments
  • Liaise with Statutory Authorities to resolve section approvals (S104, S38, S278)
  • Write reports for planning submission, such as FRAs and Drainage Strategies
Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience in liaising with Statutory Authorities and writing reports for planning submission. They will also be required to attend technical meetings and be confident in communicating and co-ordinating with internal team and external clients.
