About the Opportunity

This is a unique chance to join a leading mobile network operator as they shape the future of Radio networks.

Working closely with the Head of Mobile Network Architecture, your role will be to develop and implement the radio capability roadmap to meet business requirements.

You will be a key contributor to the development of the 3- and 5-year RAN strategy plans, driving innovation and growth in the wireless network space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define key requirements for Radio RFI/RFPs
  • Evaluate vendor responses in detail, identifying gaps and strengths
  • Challenging and propose amendments to Radio's current plans and thinking
  • Work closely with vendors, reviewing technical specifications and documents
  • Provide expert support for internal stakeholders, communicating complex technical ideas effectively
Your Background

This role requires a strong blend of technical and commercial skills.

  • Subject matter expert level of experience in RAN technologies and the vendor ecosystem
  • Senior role experience with strong presentation skills, able to communicate complex ideas to varied audiences
  • Strong understanding of Radio architecture for 4G/5G ORAN and traditional RAN networks
