Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Support Assistant to join our team at a large primary school in Boston. This is a long-term temporary position, potentially leading to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with emotional, social, and behavioral needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow
Requirements
  • Relevant experience working in the care sector or education sector
  • Two years of references from the current date
  • Happy to purchase or provide an enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Desirable: experience working in SEND settings or qualifications that aid this type of role
