About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics Procurement Specialist to join our sourcing team in the mechanical systems department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting complex analysis of markets, supply chains, and supply base to inform sourcing process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and relationships with suppliers.
- Work closely with peers and stakeholders to support business goals, such as supply security, reduction of complexity, or financial targets.
- Analyze complex sourcing and procurement initiatives to deliver cost-effective and high-quality goods and services.
- Support procurement/sourcing management in activities such as price benchmarking, vendor management, industry and market analysis, process analysis, and model building.
- Lead analysis projects/initiatives and provide coaching to less experienced analysts and specialists.
- Ensure compliance with procurement ethics, policies, and procedures to mitigate risk to the organization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in a similar position and a full understanding of procurement ethics, policies, and procedures. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with the ability to go to site for team-related projects and work from home a large proportion of the time.
