About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HGV Driver to join our team at Riverford Organic Farmers. As a vital part of our operation, you will be responsible for ensuring our award-winning veg boxes reach distribution hubs across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Class 1 refrigerated trailers, handling both deliveries and collections
  • Manage loading and unloading using pallet trucks and counterbalance forklifts (in some locations)
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet delivery schedules
  • Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of goods

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Class 1 licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Driving a goods vehicle experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Valid DCPC
  • Counterbalance and powered forklift certificates (preferred but not essential)
