CAD Draughter

We are seeking a skilled CAD Draughter to join our team at NRL Recruitment. As a CAD Draughter, you will be responsible for creating 3D models and 2D drawings for manufacturing components, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

• Design and develop 3D models and 2D drawings for manufacturing components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and quality
• Mentor CAD apprentices and provide guidance on design principles and best practices
• Support design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards

• Modern Apprenticeship or experience in design using 3D applications
• HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of tolerance stack-ups, schematics, and assembly drawings
• Experience with Engineering Change Notices and Quality Notifications
