Job Summary:
This is a challenging opportunity for a proactive and effective individual with a considered and professional attitude, a keen eye for detail and a sound working knowledge of the food manufacturing environment to become part of an experienced, dedicated and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with key client personnel to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
- Maintain and update documents and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure that correct equipment and materials are available to support cleaning operations.
- Implement waste management systems to ensure environmentally responsible practices.
- Report any issues that may impact upon the integrity of the clean to the client.
- Develop and implement training programs for the Hygiene Team to ensure they are fully trained in health & safety, hygiene and environmental issues.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with clients and team members.
- A positive and approachable manner to foster a collaborative team environment.
- A high standard of work ethics and an enthusiasm for a varied working environment.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to changing client requirements.
- A satisfactory ability in Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel.
