We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively complete daily job lists and preventative maintenance schedules with attention to detail and a passion for fixing things.
- Take responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities, and management of the maintenance team.
- Liaise with contractors and take responsibility for health and safety.
- Work to deadlines and be organized, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel.
- Knowledge of electrics and health and safety.
