About the Role

We are seeking a Bank Hospitality Host to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Hospitality Host, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment for our residents, providing a friendly, engaging, and helpful service in our dining room and bar areas.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, their families, and visitors
• Assist with the preparation and service of meals and beverages
• Engage with residents and their families, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
• Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment
• Support the hospitality team in the delivery of events and activities

About You

We are looking for a personable and caring individual who is able to work well in a team environment. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with residents, their families, and colleagues. Previous experience in a similar setting would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.

Working Arrangements

This is a Bank position, which means you will be required to work on an ad-hoc basis to cover shifts as and when needed. You will be expected to be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
