Job Title: Qualified Religious Education Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Religious Education Teacher to join our team at Protocol Education.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality Religious Education lessons to students in a secondary setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Religious Education principles and practices, as well as the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and informative Religious Education lessons that meet the needs of all students
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the wider school community
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in Religious Education or related field
  • Knowledge of the national curriculum and educational policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with students of varying abilities
  • Participation in relevant CPD courses or training
