Finance Manager Job Description

ProTalent Limited is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee and manage all internal accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Day-to-Day Accounting Operations: Ensure accurate recording of all transactions, maintain financial records, and prepare financial reports for the Board.
  2. Lead and Motivate the Accounts Team: Foster a high-performing team, provide guidance and support, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
  3. Collaborate with Senior Management: Work closely with the CEO and FD to manage budgets, income, expenditure, cash flow, and debt collection.
  4. Prepare Financial Reports: Produce accurate monthly financial reports for the Board, and prepare half-yearly and annual accounts for external audit.
  5. Streamline Accounting Systems: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the accounting system.
Person Specification:
  1. Proven Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience as a Finance Manager, with a strong track record of team management and financial planning.

  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, IT systems, and strong computer skills.
