Given the job's location and the shift patterns, applicants must possess a valid driver's license and have access to personal transportation.

Prior experience in the textile industry is essential, particularly in the operation of machinery or involvement in the production of fabrics and yarns.

This role is physically intensive, necessitating that individuals remain on their feet throughout the workday and utilize the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating textile production machinery
  • Feeding and maintaining equipment
  • Inspecting products and reporting any defects
  • Completing all required training programs

Employees may be assigned additional tasks as directed by supervisors, but they will only operate machinery for which they have received training, and adherence to PPE guidelines is mandatory at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with textile machinery
  • Background in a manufacturing environment
  • Local residency or access to personal transportation
