About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Data Technologist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global multi-category business, driving innovation and reducing the health impact of our industry.

Key Objectives and Expectations

The main objective of this role is to collaborate with project teams to support the delivery of modelling workstreams, investigating the potential impact of our products on population health outcomes. This involves engaging with partners, analysing data, and implementing best practices across all aspects.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of key population modelling projects.
  • Conduct literature searches, data collation, and analysis to support modelling requirements.
  • Work with internal and external partners to identify data requirements.
  • Maintain and build effective working relationships with internal partners and external vendors/collaborators.
  • Implement data best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Population Health & Consumer Behaviour team to support study delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience in data review, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. SAS, Matlab, R, and/or Python).
  • Ability to adapt to new tasks and apply existing knowledge to problem-solving.
  • Working on multiple workstreams and able to plan and prioritise tasks.
  • Able to work as part of a team and function independently, demonstrating flexibility and ability to coordinate projects across various partners.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Statistics, Data Science).
