As a Night Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment at our luxurious residential estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure the security and safety of residents, guests, and staff, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the concierge desk, including handling complaints, resolving issues, and providing information on estate facilities and services.
- Work collaboratively with the estate team to ensure seamless delivery of services and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, guests, and colleagues.
