We are seeking a highly experienced Freight Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Heathrow Personnel. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and event logistics, ensuring seamless transportation of goods from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate projects and event logistics, including imports and exports
  • Liaise with overseas agents and hauliers to secure the best rates
  • Handle key accounts and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor shipments from start to finish and ensure timely delivery
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations
  • Quoting clients and providing general administrative support
Requirements:
  • Previous project experience within events and live projects
  • Good knowledge of all modes of transport, including imports and exports
  • Outstanding knowledge of UK customs procedures and regulations
  • Project freight experience and excellent communication skills
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday
