Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe, fun, and stimulating learning environment for children.
  • Conduct observations to identify gaps in children's development and implement targeted support.
  • Prioritize the well-being and development of your key children, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Design and deliver engaging activities to meet the needs of your children, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Provide daily care to your key children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents/carers, and staff, demonstrating a calm and approachable demeanor.
  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery learning environment, adhering to EYFS guidelines.
  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 EYFS Qualification or equivalent, with relevant experience working with children in a childcare setting.
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS Check, ensuring the safety and well-being of our children.
