Job Title: Electrical Project Coordinator

We are seeking a talented Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team at a luxury residential project in The West End of London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering specialist subcontractors, supervising, coordinating, and planning the works on site, reviewing contractor design elements, and ensuring that the project deliverables are achieved with regard to safety, quality, programme, and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and administer specialist subcontractors
  2. Supervise, coordinate, and plan works on site
  3. Review contractor design elements
  4. Ensure project deliverables are achieved

Requirements:

  1. Main or sub contracting background
  2. Ideally worked on high-end residential schemes
  3. Strong management and communication skills
  4. Commercially and technically competent
  5. Strong appreciation for health and safety, procedures, and programme
  6. Comfortable with managing meetings and dealing with the client and their representatives
