About the Role:

RPS Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wastewater Modeller to join our Water Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex wastewater catchment strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver wastewater catchment strategies and solutions, including hydraulic modelling and analysis, model use studies, optioneering, and cost-benefit analysis studies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing technical direction and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex wastewater management challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain expertise in wastewater management and hydraulic modelling.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in wastewater catchment planning, hydraulic modelling, and project management.
  • Strong technical skills in wastewater management, hydraulic modelling, and GIS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage project teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
