Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa - Care Homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leading our care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the care team to provide person-centred care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, assessing and evaluating resident needs, and making recommendations for care and treatment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff, promoting best practice and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration and a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.
- Experience in a care home or similar setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
