**Requirements**

  • **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or golf course management role, with at least 1 recent year as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
  • **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • **Skills**: Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills, with the ability to work on a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • **Physical Demands**: Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, including maneuvering up and down stairs, and working in extreme weather conditions.
