Key Responsibilities- Manage a defined caseload, utilizing evidence-based and client-centered principles to deliver high-quality care.
- Assess, plan, evaluate, and implement dietetic interventions in specialist inpatient and outpatient clinics.
- Work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal requirements and professional standards.
- Develop and maintain skills and knowledge through ongoing personal and professional development.
