Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Willing Care on a part-time basis for night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients during night shifts, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, maintaining accurate records of patient care.
  • Monitor and record patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the relevant medical staff in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
Requirements:
  • Valid RGN qualification and registration with the relevant nursing authority.
  • Proven experience in adult neurological and palliative care settings, with a strong understanding of patient needs and care requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
