Spencer & James Limited is seeking a Disrepair Supervisor to oversee repair teams and ensure high standards of work quality in social housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise repair teams to achieve performance objectives and maintain high standards of work quality.
  • Conduct inspections, review inspection reports, and analyze key performance indicators to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively control material costs and ensure team members comply with established processes and procedures.
  • Manage work schedules and adhere to company standards, protocols, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Essential Requirements:

  • SSSTS certification
  • Experience as a supervisor
  • Social housing experience
  • Full UK driver's license
