The Role

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Account Executive to join our high-functioning closing team.

As an Inbound Account Executive, you will be responsible for following up and closing inbounds that are passed from our wider business development team.

You will provide exceptional customer service to inbound leads, understanding their current circumstances and articulating the benefits of our new solution.

You will also work closely with our customer success team to ensure new clients are smoothly boarded onto our software and set up for success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Following up and closing inbounds from companies between 100 - 3000 headcount
  • Providing exceptional customer service to inbound leads
  • Product demos to senior leadership, including HR and C-Level executives
  • Working closely with the customer success team to ensure new clients are smoothly boarded onto the software
  • Consistently hitting and achieving targets set by our senior management team
Requirements

We are looking for a self-starter with a strong track record of performance against quota and tenures to describe their personal development journey.

Key requirements include:

  • At least 18 months experience in a B2B closing role
  • A strong track record of performance against quota
  • Experience multi-threading a number of stakeholders when closing new deals
  • Self-starter and proven track record in an early-stage start-up
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Very presentable, articulate, and bring a good attitude to work
