Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to lead on business readiness and implementation for all technology and business improvement related change within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for articulating a clear vision of change to stakeholders, sharing business strategy, and engaging colleagues to adopt and embed change that improves business efficiency and drives excellence and innovation in our industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all business change from inception through all stages of the delivery lifecycle
- Work closely with business leads/champions to ensure delivery is aligned to business goals and outcomes
- Support and advocate Agile ways of working
- Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives and performance levels
- Be an ambassador for change delivery excellence, assuring quality and ensuring adoption
- Feed into Performance & Improvement team planning, including resource and financial requirements
- Manage P&I PMO function and track programme budget and spend
- Manage the Risk and Opportunity portfolio
- Influencing skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
- Experience of managing multiple projects/programmes of work to successful delivery
- Familiarity with digital technology and its impact on business processes
- Experience of using Agile ways of working, tools, and techniques
- Confidence in interrogating data and MI to support recommendations and decisions
