Regional Solutions Engineer (Ventilation) - Northwest Region


Humres is seeking a skilled sales professional with a robust background in commercial ventilation to become part of our team as a Regional Solutions Engineer.

This position entails nurturing both new and existing partnerships while driving sales expansion throughout the Northwest Region.

The ideal candidate will concentrate on establishing a varied pipeline of new and existing consultants and contractors, providing customized, client-focused solutions that deliver a competitive advantage through product distinction.


Enhancing Existing Client Relationships:

Cultivate accounts that are already engaged with the organization and employ account planning to identify gaps and determine actions that can enhance the user experience.

Expand market presence with new Mechanical consultants and M&E Contractors within the regional territory.


Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Assume responsibility and engage company personnel, including support, service, sales, and management resources, to fulfill account performance goals and meet customer expectations.

Ensure that all pertinent technical and commercial information is accurately documented, and adopt a proactive approach once the customer has received their quotation to further address their needs.


Sales Performance Metrics:
  • Maintain and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Achieve Sales Revenue Objectives.
  • Utilize CRM as an effective Sales Tool.


Possess a comprehensive background in commercial ventilation.

Established relationships with Mechanical contractors and Mechanical consultants.

Enhance technical knowledge through experience and understanding of company solutions and the HVAC sector, becoming an authority in ventilation to meet customer demands.

Provide regular updates on company CRM software in accordance with organizational expectations.

Maintain detailed notes on all active projects, including current activities and future tasks.

Document all appointments against relevant opportunities or contacts within accounts.

Ensure all information related to estimated close dates, project values, and other pertinent sales data is current and precise.

Effectively utilize company IT resources to access and respond to live data and directives from line managers or directors.
