About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Promotions Support Officer / Administrator to join our team at LSL Property Services Plc. As a key member of our Financial Promotions function, you will play a vital role in delivering a world-class experience in supporting brokers in achieving their financial promotions objectives in a compliant and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all financial promotions are compliant and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the management of the social media licencing process, including day-to-day management of function record keeping and assessment/approval of individual social media licence applications.
  • Lead role in the assessment and approval of AR business stationery.
  • Ensure relevant policies and procedures are updated as necessary where things change.
  • Follow FCA rules and guidelines for financial promotions and adhere to the B2B and B2C approval processes.
  • Provide timely and accurate MI and data for your work on a regular basis.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within your workload and highlight to ensure continual development in output and service, as well as risk mitigation within financial promotions.
  • Provide support across the team where required.

Requirements

  • General knowledge of FCA regulation including TCF.
  • Desire to learn and to grow with the role and regulatory requirements via both on-job training and self-study.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to deal with difficult conversations.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good level of English and grammar.
  • Ability to gather, analyse and evaluate facts and to prepare MI.
  • Ability to act with discretion.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Preference for minimum 1 year's experience in the financial services sector.
  • Experience of high-quality service delivery when dealing with customers.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 negotiable DOE.

  • 50/50 split between working from Home / Office available.
  • Mon – Fri / 9am – 5pm.
