About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team at Cityscape Consult. As a leading Building Consultancy in Central London, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on commercial refurbishment projects, offices, and residential conversions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with commercial clients in central London, handling repeat and portfolio management-type work.
  • Assist in supervising and developing staff, including their APC training, to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with a minimum of two years' post-qualification full-time experience.
  • Expertise in commercial refurbishment projects, offices, and residential conversions.
  • Previous experience working on existing buildings in urban locations.
  • Proficient in Contract Administration, Feasibility Reports, Party Wall Matters, construction design, Project Management, Dilapidations, Building Surveys, Preparation of Specifications and drawings, Fire Insurance Valuations, and Conservation Work.
  • Proficient use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Revit and Adobe Photoshop CC/Elements is advantageous.
