Job Title: Year 6 Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 6 teacher to join our vibrant and fun primary school in Slough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, promoting academic excellence, and fostering a supportive learning environment.

About the Role:
  • Teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children, focusing on individual learning targets and encouraging strengths and improvement of weaknesses.
  • Provide pastoral care to children in their first steps in Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork and a conducive learning environment.
  • Keep track of children's progress and occasionally report back to parents.

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications (experienced teachers and ECTs are welcome to apply).
  • Ability to commute to Slough via public transport.
  • Experience teaching UKS2.
  • Confidence to hit the ground running, proactively lead a class, and manage behaviour in line with school behaviour policies.
