Role: As a Senior IT Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the company's digital transformation strategy, focusing on the adoption of Microsoft 365 and cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with the Head of Consultancy to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that meet the organization's needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud-based technologies.
- Design and implement solutions that meet the organization's business needs, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement a cloud-first strategy, including data retention practices and enterprise social media solutions.
- Develop and maintain Intune, SCCM, and Azure AD architectures to support the organization's mobility and security needs.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 solutions with existing infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 consultant with a strong background in Azure and SharePoint.
- Demonstrable experience in Tenant to Tenant migration and Exchange online to Intune via co-management.
- Working knowledge of data retention practices, such as Microsoft Purview.
- Strong knowledge of productivity and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office suite and PowerAutomate/Power BI.
- Experience in Enterprise Mobility, particularly mobile phones – Intune MDM/MAM.
- Experience in Windows 10/Windows 11 roll out and deployment.
- Experience in Microsoft 365, including MS Teams.
