Driver Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Driver Technician to join our team. As a Driver Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the operational delivery of our Safety and Communications business.
Key Responsibilities:- Equipment Delivery and Collection: Deliver and collect equipment to customers, completing relevant checks and administration tasks.
- Vehicle Safety: Ensure all Company vehicles are driven safely and professionally, conducting regular vehicle safety checks.
- Equipment Issuance: Issue safety and communication equipment and materials to clients on-site.
- Demonstrations: Demonstrate safety equipment in operation to customers during delivery.
- Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose and fix equipment as needed.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to and promote Health and Safety and compliance of equipment standards.
- Relationship Building: Maintain effective relationships with all members of the Operations team.
- Reporting and Administration: Complete and maintain all reporting and administration tasks in line with Company standards.
- Performance Indicators: Achieve all key performance indicators in a fast-changing and busy environment.
- Driving Experience: Fully competent driver with a clean driving license.
- License Requirements: C1E license desirable, but a minimum of 3.5 Tonne (Class B) license required.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills with the ability to influence and represent the Company in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.
- Attention to Detail: Numerate, articulate, and with immaculate attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Flexible approach to working hours, including early starts and late finishes.
- Safety-First Approach: Safety-first approach and compliance with current H&S legislation and Company-specific health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
