Technical Director - Integral UK Cooling Technologies Division

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Director to lead our Cooling Technologies Division at Integral UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, innovation, and exceptional project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Leadership:
    Provide strategic and technical guidance to the division, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives. Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing mentorship and training as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive technical excellence.
  2. Project Delivery:
    Oversee the design, development, and implementation of cooling solutions for our clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  3. Innovation and Technology:
    Stay updated with the latest advancements in cooling technologies and identify opportunities for innovation within the division. Drive research and development initiatives to enhance the division's technical capabilities and expand service offerings.
  4. Client Relationship Management:
    Act as a technical advisor to key clients, understanding their cooling needs and providing strategic guidance and solutions. Foster strong relationships with clients, attending meetings, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct technical audits and reviews to maintain the highest level of quality in project delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or Advanced Qualifications in Engineering or a related field.
  2. Extensive experience in the cooling technologies industry, with a focus on large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
  3. Solid understanding of HVAC, refrigeration systems, cooling towers, and associated equipment.
  4. Proven track record in successfully leading technical teams and delivering complex projects.
  5. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
