Job Overview

As a Project Engineer at Contechs, you will play a crucial role in driving projects forward to completion. Your expertise in material selection, particularly plastics, will be invaluable in this position.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement proactive strategies to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to select and procure materials, with a focus on plastics.
  • Manage project timelines, working closely with stakeholders to meet defined gateways and deliverables.
  • Provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) responses and close out reports in a timely manner.
  • Utilize CAD viewing software to support project needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic component development.
  • At least 2 years of experience in plastic welding.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
