Job Description

OLG Recruitment is seeking an experienced Engineering Design Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the engineering design function and providing strategic direction to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the engineering design team, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Design and Documentation: Oversee the development of engineering designs, ensuring that they meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure that design deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to operations and engineering teams, ensuring that they have access to up-to-date information and resources.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all design work is carried out to the highest standards, meeting company and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in engineering design and project management, preferably in a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead multi-disciplinary design teams.
