About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations. As a Graduate Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills in areas such as manufacturing processes, utilities, automation, and facilities.

With up to 30 concurrent projects, you will have the chance to work on diverse and complex tasks, developing your problem-solving skills and learning from experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a clear understanding of job requirements to deliver projects to the correct standard and quality.
  • Schedule work in conjunction with site and 3rd party contractors.
  • Collect verification data following the completion of tasks as required.
  • Supervise contractors to ensure all site rules and permit controls are adhered to.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits, including a 7% pension contribution, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, and cash plan healthcare. Our working hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility required.
