Job Title: Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join our team at our National Distribution Centre in Grantham. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods through our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking, packing, and checking the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a cool environment (we provide a free thermal uniform to keep you warm)
  • Comfortable lifting weights of up to 25kg
  • Own transport to get to work
  • Enthusiasm to learn and a desire to do a great job
