We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our High Voltage (HV) connections projects. As a key member of our engineering services team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire lifecycle of IDNO HV projects from quotation through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a dedicated project team to ensure delivery performance meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Support in preparing accurate quotations and costings for projects.
- Act as technical point of contact for the design team, ICP's and customers.
- Provide technical expertise in HV system design, connections, cost calculations.
- Manage sales pipeline, project sales growth and profitability.
- Conduct regular customer visits to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Effectively manage suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Produce comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to the board.
- Provide technical support and guidance to frontline teams to resolve complex issues.
- Electrical Engineering qualification.
- Project management qualification or experience.
- Proven track record of delivering HV connection projects on large-scale industrial projects (£100K - £1 million).
- Strong technical knowledge of HV system design, connections, routing, jointing and termination.
- Experience working with DNO, IDNO, and ICP companies.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Commercial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
