Finance Business Partner Job Description

GTS International Ltd is seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with our client's senior management and the central finance team to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management reports and accounts to provide accurate financial insights.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Approve costing information for bids to ensure competitiveness.
  • Provide financial advice to the manufacturing site leadership team to inform strategic decisions.
  • Supervise an assistant accountant to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Produce accurate financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Prepare customer bid responses to showcase our company's capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in finance or business discipline.
  • Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in a finance role within a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems, ideally SAP.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
