Project Management Co-ordinator

At Jaguar Land Rover, we're committed to creating modern luxury. As a Project Management Co-ordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations for our iconic vehicles across our global footprint. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and implement industry-leading practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general support and coordination for projects in governance requirements, reporting, assurance processes, project management processes, and general communications.
  • Assist colleagues with the preparation of key gateways and support the roll-out of improvement initiatives.
  • Work on the reporting of key programme metrics as defined by the area.
  • Utilise standardised project management tools to support a smooth project delivery.
  • Support the identification of opportunities to improve processes and ways of working on programmes across the area and define best practices.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working in the Project Support / Project Coordination role in a large company.
  • Good understanding of project management principles.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of process improvement and working in a project support role.
  • Experience of metric and reporting delivery to support programme delivery.
